Low-Dimensional Materials
Low-dimensional materials are characterized by large surface area, high mechanical strength and flexibility, and high reactivity, superlight weight. These materials are used in applications such as photovoltaics, semiconductors, electrodes and multi-functional nanocomposites and more. We are studying strategies to synthesize, characterize and find applications for several of the Low-dimensional materials such as graphene, BN, MoS2 MXenes. We are also interested in the possibility of creating unique hybrids of these materials.
